I would like to share an incident with a Computer Shop located at Taman Intan Kluang Johor

A relative of mine took an old computer for repair it seem that the power supply was a problem.

After that as it was an old system the power supply couldn't fit so a RM 160 later was a new casing

and power supply. But that was not the end of the story.

As their Chief Technician / Owner was away it would take time to fix fair enough.

Unfortunately the shop and relative didn't take stock of items in the PC. That was when the problem happened.

The machine was fixed but with a few missing items. The PCI Wirless Network Card was missing and so was the PCI USB 2 card. The machine was reformatted and reinstalled Don't understand why. With the missing items a reformat would mean no trace or software, drivers of the missing hardware.

When asked about the missing items which was  after the machine was returned the shop said they where never there in the first place. Since the machine was return, relative not being computer savvy and no catalog was taken can't prove anything. They also reformatted and reinstalled everything now trace.

Just to warn you all out that this Computer Shop Data Link Computer Systems located at Taman Intan Kluang and M1-B1-66 Kluang Parade should be trusted or go to them for any computer needs as they are dishonest and a bunch of crooks.
